Work thru, problem solve critically think through why a particular thing is a stress trigger for you.
Find healthy outlets to relieve the stress such as (but not limited to):
Support group (to talk out issues, gain comradery and accountability partners)
Exercise
Prayer/Meditation
Journal
Hobby
Stress is probable, but most importantly stress management is possible which is pertinent to embrace possibilities.
