  • Fear and uncertainty

  • Unrealistic expectations

Stress management is the process in which you identify, resolve and alleviate stress in your life.

Steps to Stress Management

  1. Identify your triggers.

  2. Work thru, problem solve critically think through why a particular thing is a stress trigger for you.

  3. Find healthy outlets to relieve the stress such as (but not limited to):

  4. Support group (to talk out issues, gain comradery and accountability partners)

  5. Exercise

  6. Prayer/Meditation

  7. Journal

  8. Hobby

Stress is probable, but most importantly stress management is possible which is pertinent to embrace possibilities.
