There is nothing more deadly to dreams than stress unnoticed and unchecked.

According to the Merriam Webster, stress is defined as:

  1. A state of mental tension and worry caused by problems in your life, work etc.

  2. Something that causes strong feelings of worry or anxiety.

  3. Physical force or pressure.

Fact #1: Stress arises and it will occur.

Fact #2: There is no way getting around it.

Stress is a naturally occurring sensor all living beings experience which has helped us all survive on earth.
